I tried to get away from the idea that every air elemental should be portrayed with wings and wind gusts around it. This guy here is very quiet, only attacks when appropriate, and when he decides to stay still, it becomes almost invisible. If you're not paying attention and being very careful, you'll hardly notice its presence.
Gentle wind and calm breezes are signs that he is near...
I think this elemental can be literally defined as the 'calm before the storm'.
